This year’s Presentation Day will be taking place on Saturday 8th June.
We have again been granted permission from PACA to use their facilities for the biggest day of our club year and we'd like to offer PACA our thanks again for being an integral part of our community.
This year again we will be using the large Main Stage Hall but as always to accommodate our 17 teams we will be using the Oasis Hall at the bottom of the school so we can complete all team presentations in one day.
In addition to this we will also be using the Hub entrance of the school for our refreshments, raffles, team photos and a place for everyone to gather and chat before and after their presentations, the Hub entrance is where the sliding doors are at the top of the lower car park (bottom of the steps).
On the day can you ensure you arrive in good time at the Hub so you can then be directed to your Presentation Hall, whilst our aim is to keep as close as possible to the time table and each team has a 25 minute slot with a changeover break built into the timetable, please be mindful of any running over, but I'm sure it will be as close as possible.

I understand there may be a couple of instances where you possibly have children having their presentation at the same time in separate rooms, we can only apologise for this, however with nearly 300 players signed on we have done our best to avoid potential conflict of times but as you can imagine it is very hard to ensure that this does not happen.
As per previous years you may note that you will be sharing your presentation with another team can I ask that you respect this team’s presentation and remain in the hall until both presentations are complete, thank you in advance for this.
As you can see with this timetable there will be no late-night presentations and this then enables any teams to get together afterwards for a drink or something similar, it also enables the Committee to get cleared away in good time also.
